Supporting

Strengthening Churches

Not every church needs governance change, but every church benefits from relationship.

Through ROAR Church Support, we offer mentoring, training, and apostolic covering to pastors and churches who want to stay independent but connected.

This model is built on relationship creating space for leaders to receive wisdom, accountability, and encouragement while remaining free to lead their own churches within their own denominations and movements.

How Support Works

Our support model tends to be for churches that have Senior Leaders in place and there are good areas of health in the church but they are looking to grow. Partnership with us provides access to the below and more.

Mentoring and pastoral support for senior leaders
Access to Archegos Leader training and network gatherings/conferences
Regular video calls with ROAR Network leaders and other church teams and staff around key church health topics.
Opportunities for shared resourcing and collaboration

If you’re looking for a trusted network that that will cheer you on and help your church thrive, we’d love to connect.

Planting

The network is actively planting new churches in strategic locations & with different models to bring Christ to the lost, least & last.  Our church plants are prayerfully consider by our leadership team and a long term commitments to the communities they serve.

Adopting

Bringing churches under our leadership & governance for stability and growth. Adopting churches that are struggling and need a lot of support or restoration enables them to receive transitional support through a location pastor and team to grow under the ROAR mission and model.

Supporting

For churches that are more established and have areas of health and leadership but need particular help through mentorship or support. That could be operationally, pastorally or for governance.  We offer informal and more formal support to churches, leadership teams and pastors.
